Why BARBERS HUB exists
A workspace for building something of your own.
I started my professional barbering journey in 2013. Since then, I have worked for someone else, rented a chair, built my own business, survived the COVID pandemic and experienced both the highs and lows of this industry.
BARBERS HUB is the place I wish I had had throughout that journey: a workspace where experienced barbers can build something of their own with the support and community to help them succeed. Because becoming independent should not mean doing it alone.

Common questions before you visit
The tour gives you a clear first look. A Day Pass lets you test the workspace with your own tools and clients before choosing a plan.
Am I employed by BARBERS HUB?
No. BARBERS HUB is a workspace for independent professionals. You manage your clients, schedule, services, prices and income.
Do I need a full client list?
No. You can begin with a flexible plan while building your client base. You should still have a realistic plan for attracting and serving your own clients.
Does BARBERS HUB provide clients or walk-ins?
We do not guarantee bookings or walk-ins. A walk-in goes to the first barber who wants and is available to take the client. Optional marketing and client-acquisition support can be discussed during the tour.
What is the difference between a tour and a Day Pass?
A tour is for seeing the workspace, asking questions and comparing plans. A Day Pass is a paid working day: bring your tools, products and clients and test the space in practice.
Do I need to sign a long-term contract?
You can start with a Day Pass or a flexible plan. Terms for monthly plans are explained in person before you decide.
Can I keep my own brand?
Yes. Your professional identity, client relationships and brand remain yours.
Can I set my own prices and keep my income?
Yes. You operate independently, set your services and prices, accept client payments yourself and keep your income.
Is business support included?
The workspace is provided according to your plan. Additional accounting, marketing, content and business guidance are optional and discussed separately.
What do I need to bring for a Day Pass?
Bring your professional tools, the products you work with and your own booked clients. BARBERS HUB provides sanitary consumables such as neck strips, paper towels, towels and disinfectants.
What legal status do I need?
To start working, you need a legally registered form of self-employment or a company. We can discuss your situation during the tour; consult VID or an accountant for tax and legal advice.
Who is BARBERS HUB not suitable for?
It may not suit someone who expects the workspace to manage their clients, schedule and professional responsibilities. We provide the environment and access to support; you remain responsible for your work and business.
What are the regular working hours?
Regular booked access is available from 09:00 to 21:00, seven days a week, subject to chair availability.
Can members book less than a full day?
Yes. Signed members can book 2-4 hours for EUR 10/hour, a 09:00-15:00 morning shift for EUR 35, or a 15:00-21:00 evening shift for EUR 35.
Can I start earlier or finish later?
Yes. With an existing booking on the same day and at least 24 hours' notice, early access from 06:00-09:00 costs EUR 20 and late access from 21:00-23:00 costs EUR 20. Both cost EUR 40.
What does Priority Calendar include?
For EUR 50/month, you can book up to 30 days ahead instead of the standard 21 days. It does not add plan days, override confirmed bookings or guarantee a specific chair. Availability is limited to three active members.
How long are Flex days valid?
Flex 10, Flex 15 and Flex 20 days are valid for 30 days. Carry-over is exceptional and must be agreed in advance when availability or a lack of bookings is planned ahead.
